I have had this watch for 2 months now and I love the battery life versus my fitbit. Things that drive me crazy is the design of the band, weather always saying “no data”, chosen face reseting to default even with 85% battery charge. The BP, HR and O2 are fun but not very accurate. Better software might help!

This is my second HealthWatch and i is performing very well. I especially like the Milanese Loop that I purchased for it. I use it all day long watching my vital signs of BP, HR and O2 level. Really keeps me at ease about my status.

I think I wrote this last week. It is disappointing that the weather on the tracker needs to be updated by the Mobile phone constantly, and that there is no timer alarm on the watch itself - again having to be set by the Mobile. Otherwise, fine.

I really enjoy my watch, and bracelet. I ordered a guard for my watch and unfortunately he wrong address was entered and was returned to you. I asked if they would send another and they where quick to tell me I entered the wrong address. So I have raved about my watch and the service, but now I am disappointed that they will not send my guard out again. So just put my money back to my account.

Very easy to set up. They provide lots of videos to show what to do. The screen is large and easy to read. When you have an issue they get right back to you. So far am very happy with it. I got it to keep a check on BP levels and it works well. Am a satisfied customer.
