REFUNDS
We’re confident you’ll love your HealthWatch, which is why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting from the delivery date. Here’s how it works:
You have 30 days to try your HealthWatch. If it’s not the right fit for you, choose one of these two options:
- Keep the Watch – 30% Refund: Email us within 30 days, and we’ll refund 30% of your purchase price, no need to return the watch.
- Return for Full Refund: Email us within 30 days to initiate a return, send the watch back in its original condition at your own shipping expense, and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price.
Please note: Refunds are limited to a maximum of 2 watches per customer. To get started, simply contact us at support@the-health-watch.com within the 30-day window. Try HealthWatch today with confidence!
ORDER CANCELLATION
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We will refund the full amount. Please email us at support@the-health-watch.com to request an order cancellation.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay the $25 USD shipping fee to ship it again to another location.
