REFUNDS

We’re confident you’ll love your HealthWatch, which is why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee starting from the delivery date. Here’s how it works: 

You have 30 days to try your HealthWatch. If it’s not the right fit for you, choose one of these two options: 

  1. Keep the Watch – 30% Refund: Email us within 30 days, and we’ll refund 30% of your purchase price, no need to return the watch. 
  2. Return for Full Refund: Email us within 30 days to initiate a return, send the watch back in its original condition at your own shipping expense, and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase price.

Please note that all return shipping costs, customs fee or any charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay for customs fee (if applicable) means that the package will be refused by our warehouse.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. We will refund the full amount. Please email us at support@the-health-watch.com to request an order cancellation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect address is provided at the time of purchase, you have 48 hours to let us know, any additional shipping fees (USD $25) incurred to resend the package to the correct address will be the responsibility of the customer.
