Get the correct size watch band the first time. I sent an email stating I received the wrong size. I received a 22 mm size watch band instead of a 20 mm watch band. I received an email stating I had to record a short video which I did. After that, I received an email asking if I had ordered the watch band from Health Watch. What kind of question is that? Of course I ordered it from Health Watch. The correct size watch band is being sent to me but I’m wondering about this company now.

I've had my watch for a couple of weeks and I'm learning more about how the watch works. I did correct the problem regarding the display setting so that I can go through the menu faster. When I go to settings and turn on "Phone," on, I can also receive and answer calls and check for messages that are on my phone. Also, with the Phone setting on, I can play my favorite soft music from my cell phone through the smartwatch! Though it took a while for my computer savvy to kick in, I believe that the Healthwatch is a great choice, if you're looking for a smart watch that does it all.
