Q) Is It Waterproof?
A) Yes! It is waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. You can wash your hands and take a shower with it no problems. However, avoid sauna, hot water bath and ocean water as the water vapor, and salty water can damage the band.

Q) Is it accurate like a medical device?
A) The HealthWatch is fairly accurate, but not as accurate as medical equipment. If you have ANY serious medical concern, we don't recommend using the watch for that purpose.

Q) Do you need WIFI?
A) No you can use the watch on it's own, but the features will be limited. To be able to use the watch to it's full potential make you link it with your Smartphone.
Q) How does the alarm work? Does it vibrate?
A) Yes, it will vibrate when time’s up.
Q) How do I set the HealthWatch date and time?
A) The HealthWatch will self-synchronize the date and time from your phone. You only need to connect them by Bluetooth.
